I have a real passion for portrait photography, and I take a lot pride in capturing professional and personal photos, for you and your loved ones.
My aim is to make sure you get great images, have an enjoyable experience, and come away with unique and personal photos.I will consult with you before your photo session takes place, to make sure all your requirements are discussed and agreed, so that everyone can go into the session prepared, and get the best from the shoot.
I absolutely love outdoor photo sessions (when the Irish weather cooperates!), and with many fantastic locations and stunning scenery that we have in Ireland, some of the best portraits can be captured in the great outdoors.
I have a professional, portable on-location lighting setup, to shoot outdoor portraits wherever you require.¹ There are plenty of opportunities for amazing locations, that could be right on your doorstep... literally! Your own garden may be a perfect setting to create a stunning portrait... or nearby spots such as parks, woodland, lakes, rivers, meadows etc. can all make for excellent backdrops to that perfect portrait you've always wanted.
If you are looking for indoor portraits, whether traditional or a more contemporary look and feel, I can capture 'environmental' portraits that show you in your surroundings, or 'Studio' style portraits in my studio near Loughglynn, Co Roscommon.
I provide professional studio lighting equipment, accessories and backdrops.

How it works
If you wish to book an indoor/outdoor portrait session, or a shoot in my studio, the session fee is just €50.²
This covers up to one hours shoot time, and extra time can always be booked, if needed. The session fee is payable at the time of booking.

I can also tailor a session + prints and/or digitals image package for you, that will save you money.When you make your booking, I will discuss your requirements including: location, those who will be photographed (i.e. one person, family, couple, kids etc.), any theme or style required including choice and colour of backdrop and clothing style, time of day (e.g. sunset etc.), and any other requirements, questions, or special requests you may have.

After the session, and once you are entirely happy, I will select and edit the best photos from your session, which you will be able to view on your own online gallery. The gallery can be kept private if you wish (with your own unique gallery password provided), you can however, share the gallery with friends and family on social media sites as you please.
From the online gallery, you will also be able to select and purchase prints and other items such as canvases and framed or mounted prints, and digital downloads. I have a number of great packages available, and a large variety of print formats and sizes to suit all budgets.

¹ (Please do note though, that some locations such as some parks, hotel grounds, or tourist attractions etc., may charge a fee for professional photography to use their grounds).
² €50 session fee covers either a studio shoot, or else home shoots up to 30km distance, or location shoots up to 40km distance.
